Fried pork with garlic and pepper


INGREDIENTS(for 2 servings)
- 200 grams of pork
- Many piece of garlic
- 2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce

METHOD
1.Slice the pork to small piece ( 4-5 cm long , 1 cm thick)
2.Slice the garlics into tiny pieces
3.Mix pork with garlic,pepper,soy sauce and fish sauce
4.Wait for the ingredients permeate into the pork for 1/2 hour.
5.Fried the pork in the frying pan until the pork color change into light brown.
