Thai Steamed eggs



INGREDIENTS
1.One clas of egg
2.Minced pork 1 tablespoon
3.Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
4.Fish sauce 1/4 teaspoon
5.Water 1/4 cup

Method
1.First,mix Soy sauce and Fish sauce together in the heatable bowl.
2.Then fill the bowl with the egg.
3.Beat the ingredient by a fork until fluffy.
4.Pour 1/4 cup of water into the bowl , mix the ingredients well.
5.Put the bowl into steam(about 15 minutes)

Serve while it is hot.
