็ำHealthy menu : Chinese Cabbage soup with Minced pork ,eggs and seaweed



INGREDIENTS for 2 servings
- 1 Chinese cabbage (Separate it in 2 parts,the hard one and the soft one)
- 50 gram of Minced pork
- 2 clas of eggs
- Seaweed
- 2 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 2 1/2 cups of boiled water

This picture show the hard and soft part of the Chinese cabbage that you will separate.


METHOD

So easy : Drop everything in the pot from the hard ingredients to the soft one.
1.Bolied the 2 1/2 cup of water.
2.Put the minced pork into the pot , wait until the water reach the boiling point again.
3.Put the hard part of the Chinese cabbage into the pot , wait until the water reach the boiling point again.



4.Put the fish sauce and soy sauce into the pot , wait until the water reach the boiling point again,taste the soup.
5.Put the eggs ,wait until the water reach the boiling point again.
6.Put the soft part of the Chinese cabbage into the pot , wait until the water reach the boiling point again.



7.Put the seaweed ,wait until the water reach the boiling point again.

Finish!!
It's so easy and is a healthy menu.I think you'll like it.
